DATA MODES
When Spotify credentials are configured, this view uses live data via the Web API. Without credentials, it falls back to realistic mock data so the dashboard still feels complete.

Set SPOTIFY_CLIENT_ID and SPOTIFY_REDIRECT_URI in .env.local first.
Connect Spotify for live data
To show your real listening data, complete the OAuth flow once and add the refresh token to .env.local.
