Turning microscopy time‑lapse videos into structured datasets for downstream analysis.

Built a Python pipeline around Cellpose to segment and track cells in microscopy sequences, then exported labeled CSV datasets that encode cell states over time so biological questions can be answered with computation rather than manual inspection.

Outcome

Makes image sequences queryable like any other dataset, which opens the door to analytics and visualization instead of ad‑hoc manual review.
